Splash is the easiest puppy that I have rescued in 13 years of rescuing dogs. He is extremely smart and attentive, has excellent “bathroom” habits, and he just wants to be loved and petted. Splash is about 14 weeks old. He watches me like a hawk to try to discern what I want him to do, but he is very quiet and “laid back”.
