Webster is a champion at making people smile. He is always glad to see humans and wants to play, and he is very curious and smart and watches the other dogs to determine what he should be doing. He was found wondering on the side of a busy intersection, hungry and alone. Now, he is fat and happy and trying to make friends with everyone so he will never be alone again. He is semi-house trained and has had very good manners to date. He needs a forever home soon with his own family.
