Husky mix puppy, was probably born around August of 2007. Chipper was found as a stray and brought to ARK Refuge. He loves playing with the other dogs and is very people friendly. He needs lots of love and play time. Chipper is very smart and has already learned to sit and is learning to be house broken. He loves sleeping on the big bed with his people, but also likes to play outdoors.
